Aron Baker has a comprehensive work experience in the field of transportation and traffic engineering. Aron started their career at Charles Abbott Associates as a Traffic & Municipal Engineer, where they worked closely with Southern California cities to provide engineering and planning assistance. After two years, they joined the City of St. George as a Traffic Engineer, staying in this role for 14 years. In 2008, Aron joined Horrocks Engineers as a Senior Transportation Engineer, where they currently work. Throughout their career, Aron has gained expertise in managing transportation projects and collaborating with different municipalities.

Aron Baker attended Brigham Young University from 1986 to 1991, where they pursued a degree in Civil Engineering. Aron successfully completed their studies and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
