Roger Lund has worked in a variety of roles in the finance industry. Roger began their career in 2007 as an Investment Advisor for Vaagen Investering. Roger then moved to Odin Forvaltning, where they worked in Fund Administration. In 2009, they joined Vaagen Asset Management ASA as an Analyst. In 2012, they moved to Warren Securities AS, where they worked as an Analyst. In 2014, they became the Risk Manager for Warren Capital AS. In 2018, they joined JOOL Markets AS as a Project Manager. Finally, in 2019, they joined ProCorp as a Corporate Finance and, in 2021, they were appointed Vice President Strategy for DLT.

Roger Lund earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of North Dakota in 2004, majoring in Financial Management. Roger then went on to receive a Master of Science (MSc) degree from London Metropolitan University in 2007, specializing in Financial Markets and Derivatives.
