JD Krehel, PMP, serves as the Senior Technical Project Manager for the Public & Federal Sector at Tyler Technologies since July 2020, leading the Federal Professional Services Team to enhance operational efficiencies and deliver Data & Insights SaaS solutions for federal agencies. Krehel has expertise in process development and has established strategies and standard operating procedures for managing high-impact accounts. Previously, Krehel held the position of Technical Project Manager, overseeing project delivery for seven federal agencies and fostering executive relationships. Before Tyler Technologies, Krehel served in the US Army from May 2013 to January 2021 as an Operations Project Officer and Aircraft Pilot, managing teams and complex operations in dynamic environments. Krehel holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Virginia, along with FAA Commercial Pilot Certification from the US Army Aviation Center of Excellence.
