Karen Baird, CHRP, CPC, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for DLF North America, overseeing HR functions for Canada and North America Distribution Operations since May 2021. In addition, Karen is a part-time Trainer for Pryor Learning Solutions, focusing on HR Development topics and Payroll Law Compliance across Canada. Previously, Karen owned BairdHR, providing comprehensive HR services from November 2017 to June 2023, and held the position of Branch Manager at Design Group Staffing, where responsibilities included sales management and recruitment leadership from February 2007 to June 2019. Early career experience includes a Branch Manager role at SRG from 2002 to 2007. Educational achievements include a CHRP designation from the HRPA and various certifications related to training and leadership.
