Paul Woods is an experienced leader in the technology and business sectors, currently serving as President and Non-Executive Director at Diving Queensland since April 2023, where the focus is on promoting diving in Queensland. Prior to this role, Paul held a significant position as Chief Strategy Officer at Rapid Circle, leading global strategic initiatives from August 2021 to October 2024. As the Founder of Adopt & Embrace, established in 2015, Paul dedicated efforts to empowering organizations to maximize business value from technology. With a background at Microsoft Australia, Paul held various roles from 2005 to 2018, including national management and sales positions at Data#3. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business (Research) and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business (Marketing) and Information Technology, complemented by a Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
