Maria Krishtal possesses extensive experience in the fitness industry, currently serving as Club General Manager at Fitness First Middle East since October 2012, where responsibilities include managing club operations. Previously held roles include Area Kuwait & Qatar Group Exercise Manager and Senior Cluster GX Manager, focusing on group exercise fitness development and training program planning. Prior to this, Maria was the Director of the Aquatic Olympic Center at The Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism from January 1997 to February 2009, overseeing various aquatic sports and the preparation of national teams for the Olympic Games. Additionally, Maria served as a state coach for synchronized swimming and diving. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Sport Rehabilitation from Belaruskaja Dzjaršaunaja Universitet Fiziènaj Kul'tury and an MBA with a focus on Diplomacy from Akademija Kiravannja pry Prezidence Respubliki Belarus'.
