Matt DeBrock started their career in 2012 at ExxonMobil, where they held various roles over the years including SRU Process Engineer, Process Designer, Heavy Oil Conversion Process Engineer, and FCC Complex Engineer.

In 2021, they joined Divert as a Senior Process Engineer and later moved into the role of Process Engineering Manager in 2023.

Matt DeBrock earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Matt completed their undergraduate education at the university between 2007 and 2011.
