John Connolly is an experienced professional in the field of process engineering, currently serving as the Director of Process Engineering at Coty since March 2023, where responsibilities include leading teams to scale-up and commercialize new cosmetic and toiletry products while managing budgets and resource allocation. Prior to this role, Connolly spent nearly 30 years at Avon, progressing through various positions from Program Manager to Head of Process Engineering, focusing on the development and commercialization of cosmetics and toiletries, including color cosmetics and personal care products. Connolly's career began at Ingersoll Rand as an Application Engineer after earning a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology in 1992.
