Prior experience at Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc. from October 2007 to February 2015 includes roles as Senior Director of Franchise Operations, Senior Director of Operations, Director of Operations, and Manager of Training. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from California University of Pennsylvania.
