Maria Brasher, MS, CFS, is a seasoned food scientist with extensive experience in product development and quality assurance within the food service industry. Currently serving as a Food Scientist Project Manager at Diversified Foods and Seasonings, LLC since February 2018, Maria specializes in ingredient sourcing, recipe reformulation for clean labels, and sensory program development. Previous roles include Quality Assurance Technical Administrator at the same company, where Maria facilitated customer quality documentation requests, managed ingredient statements, and complaint resolutions. Maria's academic foundation includes a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Food Sciences from Louisiana State University.
