Karen Swart is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at Distell since March 2018, acting as an HR Business Partner for multiple business units including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Logistics. Prior to this role, Karen held various positions at Distell from August 2005 to January 2018, such as HR Officer and HR Admin Controller, and worked as a Temp Human Resources Assistant at Colibri Toweling TA BELGOTEX in 2005. Karen holds a BA in Human Resources from the University of Stellenbosch and has completed courses in Leading Diversity and Inclusion at Work and Strategic Human Resources at the University of Cape Town.
