Yasemin Çetinel is the President of the Society of Construction Law Turkey and the owner of Çetinel Law Firm. Yasemin is also a Standing Committee Member at ICC International Centre for ADR, a Contracts Committee Member at Confederation of International Contractors' Associations (CICA), and President Elect and Board Member at Dispute Resolution Board Foundation. Previously, Yasemin has worked as an Associate at AKINCI LAW OFFICE and Esin Law Firm. Yasemin holds a Master of Science in Quantity Surveying from Heriot-Watt University, a Post-Graduate degree in International Commercial Arbitration from Queen Mary University of London, and a Bachelor of Laws from Galatasaray Üniversitesi.
