Michal Rybczynski is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and full-stack solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Software Backend Engineer at Displate since July 2022, Michal previously held a Senior Software Engineer position at Atos, focusing on user management applications and team leadership. Prior to that, Michal worked at IBM Global Services Delivery Centre Polska as an Advisory Software Developer, contributing to local and global projects and improving internal processes. Michal's early career includes roles as a Junior IT Specialist at both IBM and IBM Global Services Delivery Centre Polska. Michal holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Telecommunication from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
