Chris Lowe currently serves as the Design Associate Director and Head of Lighting Design at Diriyah Company, leading the visual experience for the Diriyah Gate giga project as part of the Kingdom’s 2030 Vision. Previously, Chris held the position of Senior Design Manager for Diriyah Gate 2030 under the Diriyah Gate Development Authority and spent eight years at BDP (Building Design Partnership Ltd) as Head of Lighting for BDP North, overseeing numerous projects. Additionally, Chris co-founded The Dark Art, a movement focused on the aesthetic use of darkness in design, and co-founded Subluminal, a UK-based design collective. Chris's educational background includes a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science & Electronic Engineering from the University of Exeter.
