Patrick Clevidence has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and companies. Patrick currently works at the Direction Home Akron Canton Area Agency on Aging & Disabilities as the Director of Business Development since April 2019. Previously, they worked at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare as an Airvo Clinical Sales Specialist from June 2015 to May 2019. Before that, they were a Managing Partner at One Key Health and Firstlight Home Care from May 2014 to April 2018. Patrick also held the position of Director of Clinical Programs and Sales at Cornerstone Medical Services from 2012 to 2014 and Director of Respiratory Services at Advanced Home Care from June 2011 to October 2012. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Respiratory Services at Medical Service Company from 2006 to 2011. Patrick was also the Vice President of Clinical Sales at Integrated Medical, Inc. from November 2002 to October 2006 and Regional Vice President at Health Care Solutions from April 1995 to August 2002. Patrick's early career included working as a Manager at Vitalaire, Inc. from May 1990 to April 1995.

Patrick Clevidence obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from The University of Toledo, which they attended from 1979 to 1983. In addition to their undergraduate degree, they also completed a program in Respiratory Care Therapy/Therapist at Northwestern University from 1982 to 1983, earning the title of Respiratory Care Practitioner.
