Currently serving as an Account Manager at Direct Shot Distributing since March 2018, Roxanne has honed expertise in managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Roxanne spent eight years in customer service at SP Express, where foundational skills in client interaction and support were developed.
