Sera Won has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sera is currently working as an Associate Sales Manager at Diodes Incorporated since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at SOLUM, where they held multiple roles. From March 2020 to August 2022, they served as a Purchasing Manager, and from December 2015 to March 2020, they worked as a Senior Associate. Before joining SOLUM, Sera was employed at Clark Material Handling Co. as a Purchasing Associate from March 2013 to December 2015.

Sera Won attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Operations Management.
