Scott Spear currently serves as Manager of Business Insights at Dimensional Fund Advisors since July 2023. Prior to this role, Scott worked as a Business Intelligence Consultant at TD from March to June 2023. Scott's experience at Hubbell Incorporated spanned from June 2017 to March 2023, during which Scott held various positions, including Manager of Data Science and Insights, Pricing and Data Analytics Manager, Pricing and Data Analytics Lead, Applications Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer in a Graduate Rotation Program. Earlier internships included a Gas Operations Intern position at Iberdrola in summer 2016 and a Digital Marketing Consultant role at PwC from March to October 2015. Scott has also completed a Mechanical Engineering Co-op at OLEDWorks LLC in summer 2015 and held a Mechanical Engineering Intern position at Valtech in summer 2014. Scott holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Georgetown University, expected December 2023, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and a Master of Science in Management, both from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
