Leah Mackenzie has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Leah started their career in 1998 as a Marketing Officer at The Age. Leah then joined ESSSuper in 2005 and held various roles including Manager Member Contact Centre, Manager Web & Internal Communications, Marketing & Communications Specialist, and Research Manager. In 2013, Leah joined UniSuper where they worked as a Market Research Manager until 2018. Leah then transitioned to the role of CX & Insights Manager before becoming Manager, Design Research & Discovery in 2020. Most recently, Leah has served as the Acting Head of Marketing and is currently the Head of Marketing at UniSuper.
Leah Mackenzie's education history includes various achievements and areas of study. In 2023, they completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA program with Mark Ritson, focusing on Brand Management. In 2021, they participated in the Design Leadership - Global Series at the Echos Desirable Futures Lab, specializing in Human Centred Design Leadership. From 2016 to 2017, Leah pursued a Diploma of Leadership & Management at Victoria University. Additionally, they attended Deakin University, where they studied Arts with a focus on Public Relations/Communications.
