Jay Turpen is an accomplished independent business owner at Turpen Consulting LLC since January 2018 and serves as a Senior Advisor, Head of Quality, and Head of Client Services at Diligent Pharma since July 2020, where expertise in Vendor Qualification Services for GCP Vendors is applied. Prior to these roles, Jay spent nearly three decades at Eli Lilly and Company, ascending to Sr. Director positions in Clinical Project Management and Clinical Laboratory Operations, focusing on cardiovascular drug development and advising the Asia Pacific Biomedicines Portfolio from Shanghai. Early career experience includes project management roles at the Naval Surface Warfare Center and General Motors.
