Joern Caumanns currently serves as Managing Director at Calisa GmbH and Senior Advisor at Peryton Advisory, both since September and January 2024, respectively. Caumanns is also a Lecturer at Universität Bielefeld, teaching "M&A and Venture Capital" in the Master's program. Previously, Caumanns held various roles at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA from 2001 to 2023, including EVP M&A, CFO of Bertelsmann Investments, and CEO of CRM Others. Additional experience includes a board membership at Majorel and positions as Analyst/Associate in Investment Banking at JPMorgan Chase. Educational qualifications include an AMP from Harvard Business School and a Diplom-Kaufmann in Business Administration from the University of Cologne, alongside several certifications in NLP and coaching.
