Shannon C. Becker has a long and varied work experience. Shannon C. started as an Editorial Assistant at Johns Hopkins University Press in 1989, and then worked as an Acquiring Editor at Naval Institute Press from 1990 to 1989. In 1993, they moved to Graphic Communications Association as a Program Manager, and then to Norrell Staffing Service as a Customer Service Manager in 1995. From 2000 to 2006, they volunteered as a Fund-Raiser and Art Teacher at Resurrection Children's Center and Mt. Vernon Community School, respectively. In 2011, they joined A1C Partners, LLC as a Management Analyst, and then moved to Capgemini Government Solutions in 2014 as a Consultant. Since 2015, they have been working as a Senior Business Analyst at Dignari, LLC.

Shannon C. Becker attended James Madison University from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a BA in English with a minor in History. In 2013, they completed the Business Analysis Complete program at Watermark Learning.
