Leo has had three previous work experiences.

From 2018 to 2018, Leo worked at Fujitsu as an Information Technology Specialist. In this role, they created and defined Active Directory (AD) groups, users, and user permissions. Leo also diagnosed, troubleshooted, resolved, and documented high-volume and complex tickets related to software, hardware, and connectivity issues. Additionally, Leo maintained the network, which included workstations, Microsoft servers, Azure, and multiple VMware servers.

From 2019 to 2021, Leo worked at BIS Consulting, LLC as a Technical Account Manager. In this role, they received, configured, and shipped various equipment such as PCs, servers, backup solutions, managed switches, routers, firewalls, printers, scanners, and other hardware equipment. Leo quickly responded to network and connectivity outages, troubleshooting various hardware equipment, PCs, servers, firewalls, routers, switches, third-party software, phone systems, backup batteries, power solutions, printers, scanners, label printers, and plotters. Leo also performed routine maintenance in Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Server, Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, group policies, PDQ, DNS, and disaster recovery plans.

Since 2021, Leo has been working at ISN as an Information Security Analyst. Further details about this role are not provided.

Leo's education history includes two main periods of study. From 2017 to 2019, Leo attended Dallas College and pursued an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Information Technology, with a focus on Network Support, Security, and System Administration. Following this, from 2020 to 2022, Leo enrolled at New England College and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Cyber Security.

In addition to their formal education, Leo has obtained several certifications. These include the Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate certification from Microsoft, which they achieved in March 2023. Leo also holds the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 and Level 2 certifications from SuccessHACKER, earned in May 2022. Furthermore, Leo has obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals - AZ-900 certification, as well as the Professional Cloud Architect certification from Google Cloud, both obtained in May 2022. Additionally, Leo has certifications in Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, and AWS Academy Graduate - AWS Academy Cloud Architecting, all obtained in 2021 and 2019.
