Errol McKenzie

Head of Customer Success and Services at DIGITEC

Errol McKenzie has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Beginning in 1995, McKenzie worked as an IT Audit Manager at Absa Bank before transitioning to PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1996, where they served as a Director. In 2004, they joined Deloitte as a Partner in Risk Services and held this position until 2010.

From 2010 to 2011, McKenzie worked as the Vice President of Business Development for Fatigue Science, establishing the company's Asia Pacific operations and focusing on business development and service delivery of high-tech human factors solutions. Errol then moved on to Seeing Machines, Inc. in 2011, where they served as the Director of Fatigue Solutions, establishing the fatigue consulting practice and providing change management, training, and data analysis services.

In 2013, McKenzie worked as the Regional Sales Director at EdanSafe Pty Ltd, leading the growth of a human factors solution into various industries, including mining, transportation, oil & gas, rail, and aviation.

From 2014 to 2015, they served as the Head of Business Development for the UK & Ireland at BSI, followed by the role of Key Account Manager.

Starting in 2016, McKenzie joined Traiana, first as the Head of Global Services, responsible for deploying Traiana products to capital markets clients globally, and later as the EMEA Head of Client Experience for NEX Optimisation, leading the client experience teams in EMEA for NRR & Traiana and providing support to clients using Traiana and NRR services.

In 2018, McKenzie joined CME Group as the Executive Director of Optimization Operations. In this role, they were responsible for optimizing operations and, later, as the EMEA Head of Client Experience for NEX Optimisation, leading the Client Experience teams in EMEA for NRR & Traiana and providing support to clients.

Currently, McKenzie works as the Head of Customer Success and Services at DIGITEC Financial Technologies and Services, starting in 2023.

Errol McKenzie's education history includes the following:

- From 1990 to 1994, Errol studied at the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Internal Audit.

- In 1994, they continued their education at the University of the Witwatersrand for one year, obtaining a Higher Diploma in Computer Auditing, specializing in IT Audit.

- From 1983 to 1987, Errol attended The Glen, although the specific degree and field of study are unspecified.
