Christiane Sevenich has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Christiane began their career as a Procurement Manager at Telesens KSCL AG in 1998 and then moved on to GS1 Germany GmbH in 2002, where they worked as a Project Manager in Marketing and Event Management until 2007. At Metro Systems, Christiane worked as a Consultant in IT-Procurement from 2007 to 2011. Christiane then joined Digital River in 2011 and held various positions, including Senior Project Manager, Client Marketing Manager, Account Manager, Manager of Client Operations, and Senior Manager of Customer Success in EMEA. Currently, Christiane serves as the Director of Customer Success at Digital River, leading a team in developing client relationships and providing account management and consultancy services for a global ecommerce company.

Christiane Sevenich attended the Industrie- und Handelskammer Köln in 2011, where they pursued a certification in Certified Project Manager, PMP Preparation. Additionally, they obtained a certification in ILS COACH 101 from the InnerLifeSkills Coaching International in 2020.
