Vitaly Balashov is an experienced Systems Engineer at EPAM Systems since October 2016 and serves as a Digital Forensics Examiner at Digital Forensics Corporation from August 2017. Balashov has also been a University Lecturer at the Institute of Law, Technology & Innovation since October 2016, focusing on digital forensics course development. Prior roles include Head of the Digital Forensics Lab and Team Lead for Computer Forensics at the Kharkiv Science and Research Institute of Forensics Examinations, as well as experience as a Computer Forensic Examiner/Analyst. Balashov began a career as a Duty System Administrator at Cryptomach Ltd. Balashov holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Systems from Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics, a Specialist degree in Law from Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs, and a junior Specialist degree in Computer Engineering from Kharkiv Patent Computer College.
