Ayala Kidron has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. In their current position at Matrix, they serve as the Head of Digital Solutions & UX Division. Prior to that, they worked at One1 as the Director of Software Development & Products Division. In this role, they were responsible for software product representation in areas such as digital, project management, CRM, and support. Ayala also managed the development, maintenance, and support of operating systems for clients and handled web and mobile application development. At One1, they also served as the VP of Sales for the Development and Products Division, where they prepared sales plans, managed a sales team, and led complex sales processes. Before joining One1, they worked at Calanit Carmon as an Account Manager, where they focused on sales and leading winning tenders. Ayala also had a role at Elad Software Systems as the Sales Manager for the ShareDocx KM Product, where they managed product sales, worked with business partners and consultants, and led winning tenders.

Ayala Kidron earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Tel Aviv University from 1989 to 1991. Ayala then attended Bar-Ilan University from 1991 to 1992 to study Communications and Journalism Studies, although they did not obtain a degree.
