Saumya Sharma is an accomplished Technical Support Specialist at Digital Dubai since January 2021, currently engaged with the UAE PASS project, which is the single National Digital Identity of the UAE. Prior to this role, Saumya held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra from June 2013 to August 2019, where responsibilities included managing end-to-end service delivery projects, coordinating stakeholders, and handling critical issue investigations and escalations. Saumya began the professional journey as an Associate Software Engineer after earning a Bachelor's of Technology (B.Tech) in Information Technology from JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida, between 2008 and 2012.
