Jill Jacobs is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various roles and industries. Currently serving as VP of Human Resources at Dig Insights since September 2020, Jill has effectively contributed to a tech-enabled consultancy that empowers insights teams. Previous experience includes roles as Human Resources Consultant from July 2019 to September 2020, Director of Human Resources and Recruitment at Community Agency from February 2017 to July 2019, and Human Resources Business Partner at The Marketing Store from January 2013 to February 2017. Earlier in a career that began as Human Resources Manager at Hotspex, Jill possesses expertise in HR strategy, talent acquisition, and organizational development, enhanced by educational qualifications in Psychology and Human Resources Management from Trent University and Ryerson University, respectively.
