Ghadeer Khalil currently serves as the General Manager for Development and Attraction of Innovative Talents at the Research, Development and Innovation Authority since August 2023. Previously, Ghadeer was a Senior Advisor for the Vice Minister of Mining at the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources from October 2022 to June 2023, and held various strategic roles in transformation and corporate management from March 2022 to October 2022. Notable past positions include Chief Executive Officer at Alnahda Society, Assistant Minister Advisor at the Ministry of Economy and Planning, and Strategy and Partnership Management Director at the Ministry of Health. Ghadeer has extensive experience in project management, partnership management, and digital product leadership, with a strong educational background including a diploma in Leadership from the Swedish Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the College of Science for Girls. Ghadeer is also a certified internal assessor and has completed programs in change management and high-impact leadership.
