Sarah Dimashkieh possesses extensive experience in clinical and operational management within the dietetics field, currently serving as General Manager of Clinical Operations at Diet Care since November 2008. Their roles have encompassed responsibility for the operational, administrative, and performance management of clinical and community dietitians, quality assurance, and the development of professional education materials. Sarah has a solid academic background with a Master's in Business Administration from Kuwait Maastricht Business School, a Master's in Nutrition and Dietetics, and a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the American University of Beirut. Prior to their current position, Sarah held various roles in clinical settings, including Clinical Dietitian and Assistant Dietetics Manager, showcasing a dedication to enhancing community nutrition programs and client education.
