Mika Ahsan, MS-HSA, LSSGB, has extensive experience in healthcare management and program development. Currently serving as a Strategic Program Manager and Performance Improvement Specialist at AdventHealth since December 2016, Mika manages significant projects aimed at enhancing organizational efficiency. In addition to this role, Mika volunteers with the Guardian Ad Litem Program, conducting thorough assessments of cases involving children in the court system. Previous positions include Project Manager at Florida Hospital, managing Lean waste reduction initiatives, and administrative roles focused on clinical education and project coordination. Mika's background also includes international experience as a case officer for the Australian and British High Commissions and leading marketing efforts as a Managing Partner at Ascertain Technology LLC. Educational qualifications encompass a Master’s in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Dutch Language and Management from UCL and Universiteit Leiden.
