Juan Ramirez Jr. is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in mediation, arbitration, and consulting. Currently serving as a Mediator/Arbitrator/Consultant at ADR Miami LLC since January 2014 and as a Partner at Diaz Reus & Targ LLP, Juan Ramirez Jr. also holds the position of Adjunct Law Professor at the University of Miami, teaching Florida Civil Procedure. As an author for LexisNexis, Juan Ramirez Jr. provides yearly updates for treatises on Florida Civil Procedure and Florida Evidence. Prior to these roles, Juan Ramirez Jr. served as a Mediator, Arbitrator, and Neutral Evaluator at JAMS, and spent over two decades as a judge across various courts in Florida, including the Third District Court of Appeal.
