Navarina Castro Sequera has extensive experience in human resource management, currently serving as Gerente de Grupo de Gesti車n Humana at Diario El Universal since April 2007, overseeing the areas of Recruitment and Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Human Resource Administration. Prior to this role, Navarina held several positions at Diario El Universal from April 2002 to 2007, including Vicepresidente de Gesti車n Humana and Gerente de Administraci車n de Gesti車n Humana. Navarina also worked at Banesco Banco Universal from April 1996 to 2002, where roles included Gerente de Planificaci車n y Remuneraci車n and Coordinador de RRHH. Navarina holds a degree in Industrial Relations from UCAB - Universidad Cat車lica Andr谷s Bello, earned between 1989 and 1995.
