Alejandra Novoa is a dedicated legal professional with a comprehensive background in client protection, compliance, and customer service. Currently serving as a Client Protection and Legal Associate at Dialectica since October 2022, Alejandra has previously held roles at Scotiabank as a Bilingual Customer Representative, and at Consejo de Estado de Colombia as an Auxiliar Judicial, where responsibilities included case documentation and management. Additionally, experience as a Legal Advisor at Consultorio Jurídico Universidad Libre emphasized expertise in Private Law and legal documentation. Earlier experience at Ministerio del Trabajo Colombia involved administrative support with a focus on file organization. Alejandra holds a law degree from Universidad Libre and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Intellectual and Industrial Property at Fundación Universitaria Internacional de La Rioja.
