Judex Louis serves as the National Protection Coordinator at Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe since October 2023, focusing on developing and implementing protection strategies in Haiti. Prior roles include serving as a Protection Projects Assistant at IOM - UN Migration, where Judex co-managed a team of 30 and supervised direct assistance for vulnerable migrants. As Field Manager at Oxfam Intermón, oversight of sub-office operations and budget management was key, while at OXFAM Italia, efforts were made to strengthen informal sector worker organizations. Judex's career began with the French Red Cross, coordinating cholera response projects and enhancing local health capacities. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Child Protection in Emergency Situations from Bioforce and another in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid from KALU Institute, alongside a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of Haiti.
