Paul Johnson is an experienced operations and project management professional with a strong background in the beverage industry. Currently serving as Operations Project Lead at Diageo since May 2020, Paul previously held roles at Halewood Wines & Spirits as a Production Manager and at PFJ (UK) LTD as a Manufacturing Management Consultant and Project Start Up Lead. With expertise in managing production lines, implementing performance improvement initiatives, and embedding lean manufacturing practices, Paul has effectively driven operational excellence across multiple organizations.
