Manoj Khuntia has a diverse and extensive work experience in various sales roles. Manoj started their career at Oriental Bottling Pvt. Ltd as a Sales Executive, where they handled business development and conducted market surveys. Manoj then joined Hindustan Unilever Ltd as a Territory Sales Incharge, where they managed the food business and implemented sales promotional activities.
Manoj then worked at Johnson & Johnson as an Area Business Incharge, responsible for handling various product categories and driving growth in emerging towns. Manoj then joined SAJ Food Products Pvt. Ltd. (BISKFARM) as an Area Sales Manager, where they contributed to organizational growth by promoting company products and managing the supply chain.
Prior to their current role, Manoj worked at Emami Agrotech Limited as an Area Sales Manager. Here, they achieved revenue and growth targets in their assigned region while leading a team. Manoj demonstrated strong planning and execution skills, forecasted business requirements, and developed robust sales plans. Manoj also ensured timely availability of stock at depots and point of sale by working closely with factories.

Manoj Khuntia began their education at DB High School, where they completed their High School Certificate in 1990. Afterward, they attended Anandapur College under Utkal University from 1990 to 1996, earning a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Botany. In 1999, Manoj enrolled at the Institute of Management Bhubaneswar, completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a focus on Marketing between 1999 and 2001. Lastly, they pursued further education at Utkal University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Botany/Plant Biology from 2003 to 2005.
