Eric Marterella attended Virginia Tech from 1995 to 1999, where they studied Business Administration and Management with a focus on HTM. In addition to their degree, Eric also holds several certifications. Eric obtained the OKR Champion Certification from People Stretch Solutions in November 2022. In July 2021, they obtained a certification from Pavillion. In June 2016, Eric became certified in Force Management, specifically in Command of Message, Command of Sale, and MEDDPICC Leadership through Force Management, a GrowthPlay Company.
