Marie Olivier Guermeur has an extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Marie Olivier is currently the Chairman of Devellyn Indoor Intelligence, a company they founded in 2017. Prior to that, they served as the VP International Business Development at Gexpertise from 2016 to 2017. From 2001 to 2016, they were the Founder and CEO of ArchiFiles, a company that developed and licensed worldwide databases of digital maps and mobile applications for businesses. In 1995, they were the CEO of Anthex, an organization and IT consulting firm. Marie Olivier also held positions as a Senior Advisor to Novotel's President at Accor in 1993, a Key Account Manager at Atos in 1990, and a Marketing Consultant at Forwinch Conseil from 1988 to 1990. Additionally, they worked as an Export Expert at the French Embassy in London in 1987 and as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Unilever in 1986.

Marie Olivier Guermeur has a diverse educational background. In 1981, they attended Lycée Privé Sainte-Geneviève for two years. After that, they pursued a Master's degree in Engineering from AgroParisTech, where they studied from 1983 to 1986. In 1992, they attended INSEAD and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship. Later, in 2003 to 2004, they furthered their education at the Ecole Nationale des Sciences Géographiques, where they completed a Master of Science (MS) in Aménagement Foncier et Systèmes Cadastraux.
