Krzysztof Ksit has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Krzysztof has worked in various managerial roles in companies like DEVELIA S.A., GK Polimex-Mostostal, LOT Aircraft Maintenance Services, JKL Property sp. z o.o., LOT Polish Airlines, Logistics Service S.A., Via Cargo Logistics Polska sp. z o.o., and Schenker sp. z o.o. Their roles have included Project Director, Administration and Real Estate Director, President-CEO, CEO, Infrastructure and Security Director, Operational Director, Vice President, Regional Director, and Production Director. Their most recent position is as Project Director at DEVELIA S.A., which they began in June 2021.

Krzysztof Ksit began their education in 1979 at the University of Lodz, where they studied Culture Studies and Philosophy. Krzysztof completed this program in 1986. In 2001, they attended SGH Warsaw School of Economics, focusing on Management for a year. In 2005, they enrolled at Hult Ashridge and pursued studies in International Leadership, which they completed in 2006.
