Ihor Kruzhylko has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Ihor started their career at SoftServe in 1997 as a Junior Developer and later became a Developer. In 2000, they joined DevCom as a Developer and then quickly transitioned to the role of Project Lead. Ihor subsequently worked as a Project Manager and later became the SBU Director. In 2006, Ihor was promoted to the role of VPO and in 2008, they took on multiple roles as Team Manager, Project Manager, and System Analyst. Ihor served as the VP of Operations from 2018 to 2021 and is currently employed as an Account Manager at DevCom.

Ihor Kruzhylko obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from Lviv Polytechnic National University in 1997. Ihor then pursued a Master's degree in the same field of study from the same university, which they completed in 1998. In addition to their formal education, Ihor obtained a certification in Project Management Formula from Stratoplan.Ru in June 2014.
