Carla Hartwein has extensive experience in organizational development and new work, currently holding a position at Deutsche Wohnen Gruppe since November 2020. Prior to this role, Carla served as a student assistant at TU Bergakademie Freiberg from December 2018 to August 2020, contributing to projects related to international management and the Internet of Things. Additionally, Carla gained experience as a student assistant in English for business and technical sciences at the same university and completed an internship in sales and marketing at Porsche AG. Carla holds a Master of Science in Wirtschaft from TU Bergakademie Freiberg and a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from the same institution, with preliminary studies at the University of Konstanz.
