Mafalda Petra is a Senior Strategic Service Designer at DEUS: human(ity)-centered AI since April 2023. Previously, Mafalda held various senior and service design roles at FARFETCH from October 2017 to April 2023 and served as a Customer Experience Specialist at SONAE from September 2014 to September 2017, where responsibilities included implementing customer journey maps and analyzing customer feedback to enhance experience and revenue. Earlier experience includes an internship in E-Commerce at SONAE MC, and leadership as President of ISCTE Junior Consulting, managing a team of 50 members and coordinating projects. Mafalda holds a Master's degree in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Management, both from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
