Subiyal Abbas has a vast experience in contract management and engineering projects. Currently, serving as the Manager of Contracts at Descon, with previous roles as a Contract Administrator at MM Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. and Commercial Manager at Saudi Oger Ltd. and Saudi Binladin Group. Prior to these roles, Subiyal Abbas worked as a Senior Engineer Contracts at National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt) Limited and as a Technical Consultant at Ancon. Earlier in their career, they served as a Project Engineer at Pepac, gaining experience in building construction projects.
