Berna Bermudez has extensive experience in customer service and technical support, currently working as a Technical Support Representative at iQor since September 2019, focusing on troubleshooting technical issues. Previous roles include serving as a Financial Advisor at Concentrix, assisting customers with inquiries and billing from July 2017 to February 2019, and as a Technical Service Representative at TeleTech from July 2016 to June 2017. Berna also worked at GLOBAL INTEGRATED CONTACT FACILITY as a Customer Care Service Representative from February 2015 to June 2016, handling customer inquiries and complaints.
