Jay LaFrance currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Derq and the Executive Director of the Sports Enablement Foundation, which supports individuals with disabilities in outdoor activities. As a Managing Partner and Founder of RID, LLC / World Wide Business Development Corp. since 2004, LaFrance has focused on maximizing stakeholder value through diverse business services globally. Prior roles include Chief Business Development Officer at Portola Valley Partners, Business Development Executive at Realwave, and Managing General Partner at Longhorn Ballroom. LaFrance has also held significant positions at Senior Living of San Angelo, Agilence, Inc., Hewlett-Packard, and Citrix, contributing extensive experience in business development and strategic growth. LaFrance earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
