Jaimie Higgins began their career in 2008 as a Store Manager at Hallmark Cards, where they wrote the recruiting module for District Meetings and increased the Company Service Score 11% points over the previous year. In 2009, they moved to SEPHORA as a Beauty Manager, where they sourced and hired a new team within 3 months and drove a 163% increase in year over year sales. Later that year, they became a Store Engagement Manager at JCPenney, where they sourced, recruited, and hired a staff of up to 110 associates for a $28.7M location. In 2012, they took on the role of Territory Manager at Starbucks, where they trained and coached to the service and beverage standards of 6 of 11 districts in the Minnesota Market. In 2015, they joined DERMAdoctor as the Sr. Director of Sales, Education and B2B, where they championed, coordinated, and managed product commercialization across multiple internal groups and external vendors. Jaimie also owned the creation and execution of the overall marketing strategy and go-to-market plan for all products, and led digital strategy and the related team by strategically planning campaigns and executing online and offline marketing initiatives.
Jaimie Higgins attained a BSA in Visual Arts from Indiana Wesleyan University. Additionally, they obtained a certificate from the US Army's Design & Graphics Completion Certificate at the Defense Visual Information School in Ft. Meade, MD.
