Gaël Radou has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Laborer position at WISA travail temporaire in 2008. Gaël then worked as a Seasonal Worker for Flunch in 2007 and SPIE in 2009. In 2009 and 2010, they completed School Projects at Grenoble INP - Phelma. Gaël then became a Research Engineer at CEA in 2011 and a PhD in Biophysics at the University of Leeds in the same year. In 2016, they were a Research and Development Engineer at École normale supérieure, and they are currently a Research and Development Engineer - Instrumentation at Depixus since 2017.

Gaël Radou's education history includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biophysics from the University of Leeds, which they obtained in 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Master 2 research in Physics and Chemical Physics from Université Grenoble Alpes in 2011. Between 2008 and 2011, they obtained a Master of Engineering in Biotechnology and Biomedical Engineering, General Physics, and Electronics from Grenoble INP - Phelma.
