Gilbert A. has extensive experience in leadership and management within government organizations. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Division Chief and DevOps Team Lead at the U.S. Department of State since 2014, Gilbert has played a pivotal role in enhancing customer engagement and overseeing technical operations. Prior to this, Gilbert held the position of Workgroup Manager in the United States Air Force from 2004 to 2013, demonstrating a strong foundation in team management and operational efficiency.
